Sunset Yoga

Sunset Yoga is held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm in Ryckman Park. Tuesdays are the Gentle Yoga class and Thursdays are the Sunset Flow class. This twice-weekly class is FREE for all participants!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is held Friday mornings from 9:30 - 11:15 am in Ryckman Park. This weekly class is FREE for all participants!
